General
- Total Area: The property spreads over 35 m², which includes a 12 m² terrace that offers a spectacular mountain view.
- Location: With a magnificent mountain view, it’s an ideal place for a relaxing stay.
- Accommodation: This is a non-smoking property and unfortunately, is not suitable for individuals with disabilities.
- Age: The chalet was constructed in 2015.
Rooms & Bedding
- Separate Rooms: There are two separate rooms. One has a double bed (140 x 190 cm), and the other rooms have two single beds (90 x 190 cm). All rooms are equipped with shutters and a dressing area.
- Additional Sleeping: A sofa bed is available for an additional guest
- Optional: We offer bed linen rental, and a baby kit (high chair and cot) is available for free upon reservation, subject to availability. We also offer an end-of-stay cleaning package, excluding the kitchen area.
- Provided: Duvets, blankets, pillows, and mattress protectors are provided.
Outdoor Equipment
- Terrace: This covered space is furnished with a garden table, chairs, an umbrella, and a lounge chair for outdoor relaxation. There is also a communal barbecue available for grilling.
- Barbecue: Use of a communal barbecue allowed, perfect for friendly outdoor evenings (charcoal).
Kitchen & Bathroom
- Kitchen: The kitchen is equipped with a fitted kitchenette, a refrigerator/freezer, a ceramic hob, a microwave, an extractor hood, an electric coffee maker. The dishes and cutlery are sufficient for the number of occupants.
- Bathrooms: The bathroom is private and includes a shower, sink, and a separate toilet.
Interior Equipment
- Confort thermique : Chauffage électrique et double vitrage pour un séjour agréable à tout moment de l’année. Notez l’absence de climatisation, adaptée au climat de montagne.
- Multimédia : Télévision gratuite et Wi-Fi disponible en supplément, pour rester connecté et divertir toute la famille.
Other Information
- Parking: A parking lot is nearby, with a space reserved for your rental at the campground entrance.
- Rental Deposit and Charges: A security deposit of €300 is required and can be paid by credit card.
- Pets: To ensure tranquility for all visitors, pets are not allowed in this chalet.
- Rental availability: Rentals are available from 4pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated before 10am on the day of departure.
