This 85 m² cottage offers three bedrooms for a total of six beds, a spacious living room open to the kitchen, and a private garden.

We’ve carefully integrated modern comforts into this authentic setting for unforgettable family gatherings.
The Camping Experience with the Independence of a Private Cottage
Enjoy the advantages of nearby camping without sacrificing the privacy offered by your own cottage. Ideally situated just 80 meters from the La Ribère campsite, you can utilize all the campsite facilities while enjoying the privacy and tranquility of your cottage.
Additional Perks : Guests can enjoy access to free WiFi. You’re also invited to participate in the campsite’s offered activities (according to the opening dates and times).

General
- Total Area: 85 m², including a private garden of 100 m².
- Location: Situated on the ground floor in a quiet neighborhood, it offers a breathtaking mountain view and is a 100m walk from the campsite.
- Accommodation: This is a non-smoking property and is not suitable for people with disabilities.
Rooms & Bedding
- Separate Rooms: The property has three rooms in total. One room contains two single beds (90 x 200 cm), another has a double bed (160 x 200 cm), and the last room features two single beds (90 x 200 cm). All rooms are equipped with shutters and dressings for optimal comfort.
- Optional: Bed linen rental and end of stay cleaning package (excluding kitchen) are available upon request. A Baby kit, which includes a high chair and travel cot, is provided for free upon reservation and subject to availability.
- Provided: Duvets, blankets, pillows, and mattress protectors are provided.
Outdoor Equipment
- Terrace and balcony: This includes a private uncovered terrace and a covered balcony. They are furnished with a garden table, chairs, an umbrella, a lounge chair, and a private charcoal barbecue.
Kitchen & Bathroom
- Kitchen: A fully-equipped kitchen is available in the living room, complete with all necessary appliances such as a dishwasher, traditional oven, microwave, and a Senseo coffee machine.
- Bathrooms: The property has two bathrooms, each equipped with a shower, sink, towel radiator, and hairdryer. There are separate toilets, one of which is included in one of the bathrooms. A washing machine, vacuum cleaner, and iron are also available for cleaning purposes.
Interior Equipment
- Thermal Installation: For optimal comfort, electric heating and double glazing are included. Please note, air conditioning is not available.
- Multimedia: A television, with access to French TV channels, is provided for free. Wi-Fi is also included.
Other Information
- Parking: There is a private outdoor parking lot near the Gîte with a parking space reserved for your rental.
- Security deposit and charges: A security deposit of €300 is payable by crédit card.
- Pets: To preserve the tranquility of all our visitors, pets are not allowed in this chalet.
- Rental availability: Rentals are available from 4pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated before 10am on the day of departure.
